The premium twin room was large with two comfortable beds and a seating area - plenty of space to move around and spread our things out. The bathroom had lots of counter space, two sinks and a large shower/bath combo. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of fruit, hot dishes, yogurt and granola and a daily smoothie shot. We prefer not to have our room cleaned everyday when we travel, so we didn’t mind that cleaning services were available every other day and liked that they left fresh towels every day.

A lovely hotel in Ginza. The hotel is easy to find and close to so many subways stations ! Have a family mart in front. The staffs was amazing, always smiling, a great sense of care. On my last days they filled my luggage transfer with me so it arrive on time at the airport (and it did) and on the last day as it was raining they offered me an umbrella for my outside visit. The room was a pleasing cocoon. Very well arranged, I loved the bathtub and the delicate attention to have bath salts on the day I arrived, and each time the maid cleaned my room. Plenty aminities to choose at the entrance. Had a bright new towel everyday. Tv have Prime and Netflix which is a must. Hotel also offer a charger, small mirror for making your makeup etc, a fridge as well as tea in your room. Have a lounge with a phone, a vending machine and a microwave downstairs. Either it’s from the desk or the maids, they did a very good job ! The price is low for the area, mostly when it’s including a breakfast ! It was a buffet, not much sweet compared to the salty side however there were choice still, and although you can find the same food some days, they always put new ones so there’s variety and as well fresh fruits every morning ! Excellent coffee, the breakfast room was well decorated and comfortable. I basically liked everything

Premium Twin room was just what the doctor ordered. Lovely and roomy room. Perfect for the end or our trip for reorganizing and packing. Location is perfect for getting around Tokyo. I am fortunate enough to usually stay with friends while in Tokyo but could not impose this time. They asked why Ginza? I said, I know most expensive area to stay but being in Ginza/Higashi Ginza puts you on very good subway/trains to get around this metropolis. This hotel fit the bill and was very, very good. Staff and housekeeping were wonderful.

The location was very convenient and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. When my t.v. broke, they moved me to another nice room and even offered to help me move. The hotel was very quiet, the bed very comfortable, the bath very nice, and I could set room temperature to my exact preference. I also liked that they only provided cleaning services every other day, but offered fresh towels. That seems kind to the environment and entirely sufficient. Also, the breakfast offered just about anything one could want -- not as large and fancy as some places I have stayed, but definitely sufficient.

The location is excellent. A 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station, and 10 minutes to the Ginza station. New York has 5th Avenue and Broadway. Chicago has Michigan Ave, AKA The Magnificent Mile. In my opinion, neither of them compares to Ginza, just up the street from the hotel. The Kibuki Theater is just a block away. Shibuya Crossing, a must do at night, is just a 20 minute subway ride away. The front desk staff were very helpful.

This is a really nice hotel. The room is small, but that's how hotel rooms in Japan are usually. On the ground floor there is a beautiful bar where breakfast is served and you can also have light meals there throughout the day and last but not least, you can sit outside and enjoy the weather, we really liked it

The hotel is nestled in a prime Ginza location, offering an abundance of shopping opportunities. Despite being in the heart of the action, it’s tucked away in a peaceful spot, providing a fantastic retreat. Additionally, it’s conveniently situated for easy travel to other key attractions. The staff also helped with the luggage transfer to other cities.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room is small but cozy. They have a study desk and a small round coffee table in the room so we have proper table to eat our takeaways. The bathtub is very good size and the kids love it. The toilet area and the bath area were separated by a glass door, so the toilet area is always kept dry. They provided a microwave oven at level 1 which is good when you need to heat up food. The location is good and near to train stations which is very convenient. Near to the Ginza shopping area. Lots of nice food around.

Breakfast in Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Ginza

Excellent location in Ginza, close to shops, bars, restaurants and easy walking distance to the Ginza subway. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with luggage transfer. The Double room was small by Australian standards but quite well designed so didn't feel too cramped. We had a good sized window with a pleasant street view and a small couch.
