The staff was friendly and helpful. Room is small but cozy. They have a study desk and a small round coffee table in the room so we have proper table to eat our takeaways. The bathtub is very good size and the kids love it. The toilet area and the bath area were separated by a glass door, so the toilet area is always kept dry. They provided a microwave oven at level 1 which is good when you need to heat up food. The location is good and near to train stations which is very convenient. Near to the Ginza shopping area. Lots of nice food around.

We booked this location as it's near to the Higashi-Ginza station, which made it easy for us to get to the airport for our flight. However, do take note of which exit to take (ask the staff and they will show you a map) as the underground is a maze! It's much easier to get to the station from street level and take the correct lift. Rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. We had a corner room on a high floor which was quiet and sufficiently spacious by Tokyo standards. Plenty of food options around, with multiple convenience stores just downstairs of the hotel.

Good location in Ginza. 2 minute walk from metro, Ginza area and a family mart on the corner. 5 minute taxi journey from Tokyo station (15 if you wanted to walk). Nice hotel, decor was slightly dated in the rooms however they were big!! We have stayed in a few rooms in Tokyo and this was a normal sized hotel room like back in the UK, a lovely surprise. Staff were polite and helpful. Facilities were very good, toiletries were available to be used whenever needed at the bottom of the elevator. Amazing value for the price we paid.

I liked the breakfast and a touch of art in little details in this hotel. The location is just great for me when exploring Ginza. Little bonsai in a small lobby by the entrance has cached my heart. I also liked the cleansing foam and gel. The room was small, but nice and cozy My stay was comfortable and I would like to come to stay again.

Excellent location, a two minute walk to the heart of Ginza. Also close to key train stations, including walking distance to Shinkansen.

This was our first hotel upon our arrival, and has served as a conveniently located hotel for Ginza area. It was clean, accessible through Metro line, and not far off from Tokyo station by cab.

The hotel is a two minute walk to both Mitsukoshi and Matsuya. Very convenient. Yet, it’s on a quiet street which is great. There are four subway lines within a few minutes walk. The layout of the room is very comfortable. The staff are very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
