A lovely hotel in Ginza. The hotel is easy to find and close to so many subways stations ! Have a family mart in front. The staffs was amazing, always smiling, a great sense of care. On my last days they filled my luggage transfer with me so it arrive on time at the airport (and it did) and on the last day as it was raining they offered me an umbrella for my outside visit. The room was a pleasing cocoon. Very well arranged, I loved the bathtub and the delicate attention to have bath salts on the day I arrived, and each time the maid cleaned my room. Plenty aminities to choose at the entrance. Had a bright new towel everyday. Tv have Prime and Netflix which is a must. Hotel also offer a charger, small mirror for making your makeup etc, a fridge as well as tea in your room. Have a lounge with a phone, a vending machine and a microwave downstairs. Either it’s from the desk or the maids, they did a very good job ! The price is low for the area, mostly when it’s including a breakfast ! It was a buffet, not much sweet compared to the salty side however there were choice still, and although you can find the same food some days, they always put new ones so there’s variety and as well fresh fruits every morning ! Excellent coffee, the breakfast room was well decorated and comfortable. I basically liked everything

The location was very convenient and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. When my t.v. broke, they moved me to another nice room and even offered to help me move. The hotel was very quiet, the bed very comfortable, the bath very nice, and I could set room temperature to my exact preference. I also liked that they only provided cleaning services every other day, but offered fresh towels. That seems kind to the environment and entirely sufficient. Also, the breakfast offered just about anything one could want -- not as large and fancy as some places I have stayed, but definitely sufficient.

We booked this location as it's near to the Higashi-Ginza station, which made it easy for us to get to the airport for our flight. However, do take note of which exit to take (ask the staff and they will show you a map) as the underground is a maze! It's much easier to get to the station from street level and take the correct lift. Rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. We had a corner room on a high floor which was quiet and sufficiently spacious by Tokyo standards. Plenty of food options around, with multiple convenience stores just downstairs of the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room is small but cozy. They have a study desk and a small round coffee table in the room so we have proper table to eat our takeaways. The bathtub is very good size and the kids love it. The toilet area and the bath area were separated by a glass door, so the toilet area is always kept dry. They provided a microwave oven at level 1 which is good when you need to heat up food. The location is good and near to train stations which is very convenient. Near to the Ginza shopping area. Lots of nice food around.

The location is excellent. A 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station, and 10 minutes to the Ginza station. New York has 5th Avenue and Broadway. Chicago has Michigan Ave, AKA The Magnificent Mile. In my opinion, neither of them compares to Ginza, just up the street from the hotel. The Kibuki Theater is just a block away. Shibuya Crossing, a must do at night, is just a 20 minute subway ride away. The front desk staff were very helpful.
